Secure Packaging

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect silver articles and jewellery safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks, it is packed in plastic zip-lock pouches and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.

Trusted Shipping

After packaging, your order is shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Note: If you suspect the package was tampered with before delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

Track Orders

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or message with the tracking number and courier details.

  • Tracking is available 24 hours after dispatch
  • Log in to “My Account” → “Orders” → “Track Order”

Cost of Shipping

Standard Shipping Charges apply for deliveries within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Orders below ₹500 – Not eligible for COD
  • Orders between ₹501 – ₹4999 – COD charge ₹100
  • Orders above ₹5000 – Not eligible for COD

Prepaid Orders:

  • Orders above ₹499 – Free Shipping
  • Orders below ₹499 – Shipping charge ₹50

Standard Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 1–4 business days in metro cities
  • 4–7 business days for the rest of India

Note:

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, weather, or logistics delays
  • Multi-item orders may be shipped separately
  • We will notify you promptly in case of any delay

Broken or Missing Product

If you receive an empty, broken, or incomplete package, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unboxing video is required to process your request.
