  • Basic tarnishing not covered unless recurring; rhodium used to minimize.
  • Return shipping charges (₹70–100) adjusted against refund.

  • All labels and packaging must be intact.
  • Unboxing video must show defects/damage and shared within 24 hours.
  • Report damages with clear photos within 2 days.

    Reverse Pickup:
    • Pickup in 48 hours of request
    • Max 3 attempts; failure cancels the request
    • Handover video recommended
    Self-Shipping:
    • If pickup is unavailable, ship via reliable courier
    • Mention Order ID and contact details clearly

    • We reimburse shipping charges up to ₹70

3. Replacement & Exchange Conditions

  • Applicable for sizing, quality concerns, or preference changes
  • Replacement shipped within 24 hrs post pickup
  • Coins, idols, Rakhi: Replacement only
  • Price difference handled accordingly:
    • If new item costs more → pay difference
    • If less → refund difference

4. Product Disclaimer

  • Colour may vary due to screen or lighting
  • Handcrafted items may show natural irregularities
  • Fit issues from preferences are not defects
  • Delays can occur beyond control
  • Unauthorized returns are ineligible for refund/exchange

5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancel within 1 hour via call or WhatsApp
  • If already dispatched → follow return policy

6. International Orders

We currently serve customers only within India. Any international orders will be auto-cancelled and refunded.
